Registration
- Registration opens on 6th April 2021.
Instructions for online registration
- Please ensure you have read and understood the cancellation policy on registration conditions as provided on the website.
- You will have the opportunity to review and edit any registration details before the final stage of payment.
- 60 minutes is the maximum time allowance to complete the form before the system times out. The latest versions of Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer are the preferred platforms for use of the forms.
Code of conduct
- It is prohibited to copy any presentation materials from the desktops in the lecture halls.
- Mobile phones should be on silent mode or switched off in the lecture halls.
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire conference space.
- Please report any practical issues regarding the conference venue to help desk
Recording by photo, film, or other means
- It is prohibited to take photos or record scientific materials shown in any oral, or poster presentations without authorization from the presenter.
- Presenters may inform the audience if they welcome photos or sharing on social media by placing a logo of photo allowed/not allowed.
- It is recommended to obtain permission from the person recorded or photographed.
Accommodating people with disabilities
- The conference will comply fully with the 'Indian disabilities act 2016' and provide all necessary support for persons with special needs to attend the meeting.
- Attendees with special needs are kindly requested to notify the conference management iccp2020_help@tropmet.res.in six weeks prior to the meeting so that necessary services such as special printing needs, reserved seating, or wheelchair-accessible service can be arranged.
- Special housing needs should also be requested when hotel reservations are made.
Meals
- Daily lunch and dinner are included in the conference fee and will be provided at the conference venue or at the Banquet.
- There will be both continental and Indian cuisine with vegetarian and nonvegetarian choices.
- Tea/coffee breaks will have refreshments served with an introduction of Indian delicacy condiments and the specialties of different choice.
- Attendees with special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian or religious meals) should make the proper selection when registering for the conference.
